Our catering philosophy is simple.
We believe in tasty homemade food. Wherever possible we use organic ingredients and we do our best to cater for those with special dietary requirements. Our chef has a life time of training in traditional cooking with an ayurvedic twist and a healthy influence from River cottage. So there is some Game meat on the menu, english puddings and homemade curries.
During the main meetings in the summer we add in beautiful Beef steaks, fresh caught Trout, Goat curries
and homemade apple pies.
We offer meals at lunchtimes most weekends of the year and often on a tuesday shoot night.
